Super tasty, I cut it in half and u...Great recipe! Super tasty, I cut it in half and used a mild red curry paste. I didn't have the lime leaves, so I added a few drops of lime juice. Pretty sure the lime juice didn't actually do anything :). I made some carrot raita and added some grated carrots to the dal that I steamed with the lentils in the pressure cooker (5-minutes) and I made the white basamati rice (10-minutes) in the pressure cooker as well.
